Processing & Dispatch All orders are processed and dispatched by our suppliers within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes Estimated delivery times within South Africa are 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Costs Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on all orders over R500.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.

International Shipping At this time, we only ship within South Africa.

Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to courier capacity, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
